What's the detailed version of Excel for Office 365 you are using? Please make sure you install all latest Windows updates. I tried Print Preview in Word - it works fine. For a moment the print preview worked and then the same problem started. I tried setting my printer back as default printer. I am not sure if this has caused any issue. Realized what I had chosen I changed the selection back to Office. I recently accidentally selected this : Page Layout - Theme Colors - Office 2007 - 2010. And then it disappears with the error when I try any option within print preview. When I select printer as "Microsoft print to PDF" - the print preview is displayed. for some file at times the preview doesn't appear but at times it appears - and then when I try something within preview it stops and gives the above error.ģ.
